Directions
For Cooling: Place the eye mask in the freezer for at least 5 minutes. The eye mask can be stored in the freezer for an unlimited amount of time. It is recommended to freeze the mask inside of the drawstring bag you recieve with it.
For Heating :
- Take the mask out of the drawstring bag, do not microwave drawstring bag.
- Place the eye mask in a microwave-safe container and heat for 20 seconds the very first time you are using the mask..
- Make sure to test the temperature on the back of your hand before placing it over your eyes to avoid burning your skin.
- If 20 seconds is not hot enough, microwave for an additional 10 second intervals until desired heat is achieved.
- Heat Warning - Make sure the blocks are spinning in the microwave, It is not recommended to microwave for more than 30 seconds. The BestieBlocks may overheat and burn. Make sure to first check the temperature of the blocks is not too hot before placing on the body/eyes, or you may risk burning yourself.
Using the mask without heating/freezing - Place it over your eyes with the weighted side facing down. The weight can help to provide a gentle pressure, which can be soothing and calming.
